Download FlowLock
Pick your system and update channel. FlowLock updates itself, so you only download it once.
How to install

Open the DMG and drag FlowLock to Applications.

On first launch macOS will block the app: it is signed without an Apple Developer certificate.

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click “Open Anyway”. Or run this command in Terminal:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/FlowLock.app Permanent links
Always point to the latest build. Use them in READMEs, posts and QR codes.
